Hepher is mentioned briefly in the genealogy of Judah in 1 Chronicles. He was one of the sons of Ashhur, who was a descendant of Judah through Caleb (1Ch.4.6). Ashhur's wife was named Naarah, and they had several children, including Hepher. No further information is provided about Hepher's life or role in the Bible. (1Ch.4.6).
