How licensed text is protected
- Licensed text is fetched per passage from the publisher's API on the server and never stored in bulk.
- No licensed text enters search indexes, AI prompts, exports, analytics, or logs.
- Every quotation shows its translation, attribution, and copyright notice.
- A registry with a kill switch disables a translation immediately if its terms lapse or are revoked, without taking the site down. If a licensed translation is ever unavailable, the other licensed translation is shown with a notice, and if neither may be shown the passage appears by reference with links to the publishers. No other translation is ever substituted.
- Licensed text is shown for reading in context only. FaithGraph does not offer reading plans, highlights, bookmarks, notes, audio, a daily verse, offline copies, or accounts on top of it.
- No artificial intelligence feature processes licensed text; any future answer tool will cite passages by reference.
