About Migdal-gad
Migdal-gad is mentioned only once in the Bible, in Joshua 15:37, as one of the towns in the lowlands (Shephelah) of Judah. The name Migdal-gad means "tower of Gad" in Hebrew, possibly referring to a fortified tower or a place of worship dedicated to the Canaanite deity Gad.
