About Uzzi
Uzzi was a descendant of Issachar, one of the twelve tribes of Israel. He was the son of Tola and one of the clan heads of Issachar. Uzzi and his brothers Rephaiah, Jeriel, Jahmai, Ibsam and Samuel were all described as brave warriors and outstanding leaders. Their descendants were numerous and powerful during the time of King David. This Uzzi helped establish the strength and influence of the tribe of Issachar.
