About Neziah
Neziah was the ancestor of a family of temple servants (also known as Nethinim) who returned to Judah from the Babylonian exile (Ezr.2.54; Neh.7.56). The temple servants assisted the Levites in the maintenance and service of the temple. Neziah's descendants were among those who settled in Jerusalem after the return (Neh.11.21).
