About Nethanel
Nethanel was a priest who served in Jerusalem during the time of Nehemiah, after the return from the Babylonian Exile (Neh.12.21). He was a contemporary of the high priest Joiakim. As a priest, his duties would have included offering sacrifices and leading worship at the temple.
