About Malchijah

Malchijah was a priest who was among the leaders that sealed the covenant during the time of Nehemiah. This covenant was made between the people of Israel and God, in which they pledged to follow the Law of Moses, keep the Sabbath holy, and support the temple service. Malchijah, along with other priests, Levites, and leaders, signed this covenant as a representative of the people (Neh.10.3).
