Heber is mentioned in the genealogy of Judah in 1 Chronicles as a son of Mered. Mered was married to Bithiah, the daughter of Pharaoh, and had two sons, Miriam and Shammai, in addition to Heber. No further information is provided about this Heber in the Bible. (1Ch.4.18).
