About Achbor
Achbor was an Edomite king mentioned in the genealogies of Esau, the son of Isaac and the brother of Israel (or 'Jacob') (Gen.36.38,39; 1Ch.1.49). He was the son of Baal-hanan and reigned as king of Edom. The genealogies in Genesis and 1 Chronicles list the kings who ruled in Edom before any king reigned over the Israelites.
